Return policy
Purchase conditions
AI24Shop processes an order only after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery normally takes 3-7 days within Thailand and 3-5 days to Europe and the United States, counted from confirmed payment.
Prices may change without prior notice, and payment must be made through the channels offered on the site.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
International customers (DDU): prices exclude import taxes and customs duties in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility. 7% VAT applies to orders within Thailand only.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided it has not yet been processed.
Special-order or made-to-request items cannot be cancelled once paid.
Damaged or not as described
Manufacturing defects can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Photos or a video showing the damage must be included with every claim.
If parts are missing, AI24Shop sends the replacement parts (rather than refunding the full amount).
If the colour, size or model is not what you ordered, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days.
Late delivery
If the order has not arrived within 45 days (domestic) or 60 days (international), you can request a refund or a replacement shipment.
A screenshot of the tracking status must be included with the claim.
Incorrect delivery address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
If the address is wrong, reshipping costs the same as the original shipping, plus a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid entirely by the buyer.
We do not recommend shipping items back yourself — freight is expensive and slow. Always contact us first so we can find the best solution.
Items we cannot accept back
Headphones and body-contact devices that have been opened and used.
Batteries and power-storage devices that have been used.
Digital goods, software or license keys that have been activated.
Clearance items and goods made or ordered to a customer’s specific request.

Payment and delivery
Pay by PromptPay QR, Credit / debit card, Bank transfer. All prices are in Thai baht (THB). Delivery is nationwide in Thailand in 3-7 days, and international — Europe and the United States in 3-5 days from confirmed payment.
