Payment is by PromptPay QR, Credit / debit card, Bank transfer. All prices are charged in Thai baht (THB); after checkout the site generates a PromptPay QR code with the amount already filled in, which any Thai banking app can scan.

Manufacturing defects, or the wrong colour, size or model, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, reported with photos or a video.
