Acceptance of these terms
ai24shop.com ("AI24Shop") is operated by BCT Trade (company registration no. 0135557011632). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
Our service
AI24Shop is an online store offering electronics, smart technology and electrical equipment sourced from trusted manufacturers and suppliers. Most items are imported to order from manufacturers abroad.
We review product information, images and prices regularly; if a significant error occurs (such as an obviously incorrect price), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order with a full refund.
Orders and payment
You can shop and pay without registering. The site issues an order number (starting with A24-) that you use to follow the order.
An order is complete once payment is confirmed. Accepted methods: PromptPay, credit or debit card, and bank transfer. Card payments are processed by an external provider to their security standards; we never store your card number.
Card payments appear on your statement as "BCT Trade", the trading name of the operator of this website.
Prices for customers in Thailand are shown in Thai baht and include 7% VAT. Amounts shown in other currencies are an approximate conversion for comparison only — the amount charged is always in Thai baht.
The amount due is always recalculated on the server; figures sent from the browser are not trusted. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or abnormal orders with a full refund.
Prices and stock
Prices may change with cost and freight without prior notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.
Stock figures come from the manufacturer, so an item can sell out after you order. If that happens we contact you to agree whether to wait, change the model, or refund.
Product photos and specifications come from the manufacturer and small details may differ from the item delivered. If in doubt, ask before ordering.
Delivery
We deliver to the address given at checkout; the destination country is selected there (Thailand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan).
Delivery normally takes 3-7 days within Thailand and 3-5 days to Europe and the United States, counted from confirmed payment. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier or customs delays are outside our control.
Orders within Thailand — prices include 7% VAT; there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
International orders — shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Product and shipping prices do not include import taxes, customs duties or fees of the destination country. If charged, these are the customer’s responsibility under the laws of the receiving country.
Returns and refunds
Returns, defective items, items not as described, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In short: if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you as appropriate.
Intellectual property
Website content — text, images, logos and design — belongs to the company or to the suppliers who license it. Copying, modifying or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The company’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in this section removes rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Payment and delivery
Pay by PromptPay QR, Credit / debit card, Bank transfer. All prices are in Thai baht (THB). Delivery is nationwide in Thailand in 3-7 days, and international — Europe and the United States in 3-5 days from confirmed payment.
