Who we are
ai24shop.com ("AI24Shop") is operated by BCT Trade (company registration no. 0135557011632), 807/149 Moo 8, T. Khu Khot, A. Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani 12130, Thailand.
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the website or contact us.
Data we collect
Order information — your name, phone number, delivery address, email (if given) and the items purchased, used only to deliver the order and to contact you about it.
Payment information — processed by an external payment provider (Stripe); we never store your card number. For PromptPay and bank transfers we see only the amount and the transfer confirmation you send us.
This site has no account registration, so we never hold a password for you.
If you do not place an order, we hold no personal data about you.
What is stored in your browser
The site keeps two things in your own browser (localStorage): your chosen language and your shopping cart. Neither reaches us until you place an order.
There are no advertising cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no third-party tracking scripts on this site.
Image search
Photos you upload to search for a product are never written to disk. They are read into memory, passed to the image-matching service running on the same machine, and discarded.
The only thing kept is the list of matching product ids, held for 30 minutes so you can return to the same results without uploading the photo again.
How we use your data
We use your data to (1) process and deliver your orders, (2) answer questions and provide after-sales support, (3) send order status updates, and (4) improve our products and services.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only as needed to operate the store: warehouse and logistics partners (name and shipping address, for delivery), our payment processor (Stripe, under their own security standards), and our email provider for order status messages.
Data retention
Order data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to processing, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Contact support@ai24shop.com with your order number.
Payment and delivery
Pay by PromptPay QR, Credit / debit card, Bank transfer. All prices are in Thai baht (THB). Delivery is nationwide in Thailand in 3-7 days, and international — Europe and the United States in 3-5 days from confirmed payment.
